📌 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: From requisition to offer and onboarding
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, especially by sourcing passive candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring goals and timelines
• Utilize ATS and recruitment platforms to manage candidate workflows and reporting
• Stay up to date on Web3 trends and recruitment best practices

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:
