🧠 Role Summary

This role focuses on building and optimizing Amazon’s ultra-fast delivery network across North America. You'll work at the strategic intersection of network design, logistics performance, and data-driven innovation, helping shape Amazon’s evolving same-day delivery capabilities.

The team you’d join is part of Amazon’s Supply Chain and Network Strategy division, focused on delivering packages faster and more efficiently through analytical modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and bold supply chain transformation projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network optimization models that balance:
• Cost-efficiency
• Customer experience
• Geographic delivery coverage
• Fulfillment quality and capacity
• Drive strategic initiatives through ambiguity, using clear data insights
• Manage and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with Tech, Retail, Real Estate, Finance, and Operations teams
• Lead execution of projects from concept to implementation, identifying and mitigating risks
• Engage with field and execution teams to continuously improve delivery network and customer satisfaction
• Operate with an “owner mentality,” ready to roll up your sleeves and take initiative

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or Finance
• 2+ years of:
• Supply chain design, forecasting, or modeling experience
• Corporate-level process improvement within logistics or operations
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Basic SQL or programming language skills to extract and analyze data

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain process improvement or project execution
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders across functions and leadership levels
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution

💵 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $77,200 – $141,500 (dependent on location and experience)
• Total compensation may include:
• Equity (Amazon stock)
• Sign-on bonus
