Team Overview:

Join Binance’s Central Product Team, focused on innovation and optimizing user experience through scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that drive crypto adoption globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate globally to design and develop compliance platforms and tools that balance regulatory requirements with excellent user experience.
• Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and manage project execution to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, compliance teams, and customer service to prioritize and deliver high-value product features.
• Track and analyze key product metrics to identify issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Refine workflows to ensure intuitive, efficient systems for compliance operations.
• Support regional and global heads in coordinating product implementations and enhancements.
• Communicate new features and updates clearly to users and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain sectors.
• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with compliance processes, especially AML and transaction monitoring, is a big plus.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and delivering scalable solutions in dynamic environments.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably with agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks objectively.
• Strong logical thinking with the ability to articulate assumptions, risks, and rationale clearly.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work across diverse teams.
