Senior Designer, MENASA

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling, on-brand creative design for campaigns (daily, weekly, seasonal)
• Collaborate closely with design leads, project managers, copywriters, and marketing teams
• Serve as Creative Point of Contact (POC) for local MENASA marketing teams
• Produce digital graphics, merchandise, campaign assets, motion design, and communications across channels like social media, web, events, OOH
• Lead and guide junior designers; assist Global Design Lead with team admin
• Drive continuous creative innovation and process improvements
• Support acquisition & retention through engaging brand campaigns to boost awareness and engagement
• Review and optimize creative assets regularly based on performance learnings
• Work with third-party suppliers and freelancers to deliver results
• Foster strong relationships with global and MENASA marketing/business teams
• Help cultivate a positive, innovative team culture

Requirements:

• 6-8+ years experience as a designer in global business or agency environment
• Strong English communication and presentation skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume online businesses (crypto, lifestyle, sports, or fashion ideal)
• Customer and brand-centric design approach
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
• End-to-end design process expertise: concept to production
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Knowledge of 3D software and Generative AI tools is a plus
• Creative thinker with strong visual sensibility
• Team player with emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating with third-party agencies
• Familiarity with task/project management tools (Word, Excel, Asana, Google Docs, etc.)
