🎯 About the Role

You’ll lead Spanish-language operations for ElevenLabs Productions, their marketplace combining AI tools + human expertise to deliver:

• Transcripts
• Translations
• Dubs
• Multilingual audio content

You’ll manage:

• Recruiting, onboarding, and training Spanish-speaking linguists/audio professionals
• Building quality assurance pipelines
• Collaborating with the product team on language-specific optimizations

👤 Ideal Candidate Traits

This role is for you if you:

• Are fluent in Spanish (native or near-native level)
• Have experience leading text/audio production teams (in LSPs, localization agencies, or media production)
• Understand quality audio content and can fine-tune transcripts/dubs for a natural, human-sounding experience
• Are comfortable giving detailed linguistic and stylistic feedback
• Work independently with a first-principles mindset and high attention to detail
• Are excited by audio AI, localization, and building new things

✅ What Helps You Stand Out

• Experience with any of the following:
• Transcription, translation, dubbing, or audio post-production
• Familiarity with ElevenLabs tools: Transcript Editor, Studio, Dubbing products
• Fluent in more than one non-English language
• Prior work with voiceover, audio QA, or subtitling/dubbing for film or TV
• Background in linguistics or localization
