š§© Role Overview
This is a senior-level sales role on Binanceās VIP & Institutional Team, focused on:
- Acquiring and managing relationships with major institutional/VIP clients.
- Offering tailored trading solutions and services.
- Working remotely but serving clients across LATAM, EU, or APAC regions.
Ideal for experienced financial professionals with an international client base, especially those transitioning from traditional finance (TradFi) to crypto.
šÆ Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow institutional/VIP clients (hedge funds, trading firms, family offices, banks, etc.).
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships through ongoing needs-based communication.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, support, compliance) to ensure excellent client experience.
- Use data and user behavior analysis to uncover client needs and present product feedback.
- Participate in bespoke events, conferences, and client roadshows to drive engagement.
ā Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 3ā5+ years in sales or client services in banking, FX, asset management, or trading.
- Proven sales track record, with experience hitting KPI-based targets.
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in regional/international salesācomfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Strong existing client portfolio: HNWIs, institutions, prop traders, brokers, or banks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Highly Preferred:
- Crypto/Blockchain industry experience.
- Fluency in English; Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages are strong pluses, especially for LATAM/EU/APAC markets.
- Background in attending or hosting client acquisition events.
