Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and implementation of compliance monitoring and testing frameworks for Sanctions & Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) risks
• Evaluate and advise on compliance risk identification, documentation, and assessment
• Provide actionable advice on managing Sanctions & CTF risks across Binance’s global teams
• Monitor regulatory changes and internal developments affecting compliance globally
• Assess and manage FCC risk profiles for all business units and projects
• Lead or contribute to knowledge management initiatives on sanctions and FCC regulations
• Manage projects ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
• Engage and negotiate with external stakeholders like regulators and auditors
• Maintain professional relationships while confidently challenging where necessary

Requirements:

• 12+ years in international compliance or financial crime compliance (FCC)
• 10+ years experience in FCC monitoring and testing
• Strong knowledge of banking business, processes, and systems
• University degree required; ACAMS or ACFCS certification preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and judgment skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to work across functions and geographies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to simplify complex issues
