🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand ZoomInfo’s data infrastructure, assets, and systems
• Identify opportunities for data quality, processing, and pipeline improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research teams
• Lead and document strategic analysis, especially around AI/ML data workflows
• Provide insights to stakeholders through dashboards and visualizations

✅ What You Bring

• Experience: 2–5 years in analytics, data ops, or quantitative research
• Technical Skills:
• Strong SQL (advanced), Python, BigQuery, Excel
• AI/ML exposure (especially NLP or model deployment is a plus)
• Familiar with Databricks, AWS, or Airflow (preferred)
• Visualization tools: Tableau or Looker Studio
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfort with ambiguity and working independently
• Effective communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborative, mentoring mindset for cross-functional work
