Role: Brand Development Associate
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Company: Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd (ASSPL – Karnataka)
Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 2+ years in sales or account management
🧠 What the Role Involves
This is a sales-driven, client-facing role focused on helping Private Brands and 3P sellers scale their performance on Amazon India.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of sellers and private label brands on Amazon
- Acquire strategic sellers and selection across key categories
- Improve brand performance through training, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Leverage Amazon tools like Sponsored Ads and analytics to improve seller outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Analyze metrics (e.g., in-stock rate, selection gaps, ad performance) and take action
✅ Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales, brand development, or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with data analysis and training others on tools/systems
💡 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Experience with e-commerce tools, digital ads, or brand growth strategies
- Project management or stakeholder coordination experience
