About the Role:

Binance is hiring a Senior Risk Analyst focused on KYC fraud prevention. This role is crucial for identifying and preventing fraudulent activity across user onboarding and account usage, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations and protecting user assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate suspicious user behavior during and after KYC onboarding
• Monitor large datasets to identify fraudulent activity and trends
• Work closely with Compliance, Security, and Support teams
• Develop fraud detection rules and refine operational procedures
• Improve KYC workflows to balance risk and user experience
• Document and report findings, and suggest improvements
• Support internal fraud prevention strategy development
• Collaborate with global teams on regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 2+ years in fraud analysis, AML/KYC compliance, or similar roles (ideally in fintech/crypto)
• Deep understanding of KYC, fraud patterns, and risk control methods
• Skilled in complex investigations and transaction monitoring
• SQL proficiency (strongly preferred)
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication in English; other languages a plus
• High integrity and ability to manage confidential information
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Passion for crypto and financial technology
