🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Forecast deals accurately and communicate outcomes clearly
- Activate sales campaigns in coordination with IBM’s internal teams
- Identify new business opportunities and support the pipeline with leads
- Support sales leaders and account executives with upsell/cross-sell strategies
🤝 Customer Engagement & Value Creation
- Design and collaborate on use cases and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Present compelling value propositions tailored to client needs
- Engage early in the sales process to understand customer pain points
- Help guide clients toward IBM's award-winning cloud and storage solutions
✅ Must-Have Skills (Required Experience)
- Consultative tech sales experience (not just transactional sales)
- Proficiency with digital sales tools (CRMs, prospecting platforms, etc.)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs and influence decisions
➕ Nice-to-Have (Preferred Experience)
- Knowledge of the storage market (even general familiarity; IBM will train you on their product suite)
- Prior experience working in enterprise tech, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sales
